Polyurethane (PU) liners and coat are used to provide corrosion protection in?corrosion protection and semi-structural rehabilitation and leak protection in?tunnels,small diameter metallic pipelines, man-entry pipes and manholes. With cement mortar liners, polyurethane coatings require that the host pipe be thoroughly cleaned of nodules, hard deposits, corrosion , scale and other debris and be substantially dry prior to application of the coating to ensure good adhesion between the liner/coating and the pipe wall.

Metal pipline is coated inside with a layer of polyurethane elastomer with requiring thickness, greatly increase wearability of pipeline when it transfers medium. we choose the appropriate PU meterial according to different medium, also improve the ability of medium resistance.

Advantage

1. Inflame retardant. PU coating/liner could not self-ignite.

2. Extend the working life: because of excellent anti-abrasion performance, polyurethane coating/liner's working life of 10mm PU liner is 3-5 times of 12mm PE liner.

3. Antistatic. ntistatic performance is one of the import standard for liners. The biggest security risk in silo is dust explosion. Polyurethane liner is antistatic which could remove the static generated during operation.

4. Good lower temperature performance. It could be maintain good elasticity and flexibility under lower temperature.

5. PU liner/coating is good in elasticity and flexibility. PU liner plays a buffer role to reduce the broken risks.

6. Good anti-corruption performance when working in severe environment.
